If so, you’ve come to the right place. I’m Ann Marie Hennessy, a Certified Personal Training Coach, with more than a decade of experience, coaching people who want to be fitter, leaner and stronger. People who want to increase their flexibility and improve their balance and posture.

Tell me what your fitness goals and needs are, and I will design a workout program just for you. Training sessions are held either in my state-of-the art studio in midtown, 133 East 58 St, Ste, 902 or in the privacy and comfort of your home.
Here are examples of the two of the fitness programs that I created which are most popular with my clients.
First is SuperSlow, High Intensity Training, a 30-minute workout for people who don't have the time for a longer one-on-one fitness session.
Using state-of-the-art MedX machines, this program is based on the premise, that using the heaviest possible weights with exceedingly slow movements until muscles reach a point of ‘failure,’ prompts your body to rebuild that muscle tissue more quickly. This in turn, creates a leaner, firmer, more well defined you.
Then there is my Core Workout, where I focus on strengthening my clients’ torsos and backs, using a variety of equipment including TRX suspension system, Pilates and Yoga based exercises, BOSU ball and MedX machines.
My rates $60-175, depend upon the length of session, the frequency of the workout and the location.
I also offer a 2 session per week, for 12 weeks, Foundation Course
for $2400, where I teach you not only the basics of getting in shape but also the proper form and alignment.
